RESERVATIONS

Before You Book at Maenam

Making a Reservation Book online through Resy or call (604) 730-5579 during service hours. You'll receive a confirmation by email and/or SMS once your table is secured.

Large Parties Groups of up to 4 can book via Resy. For 5 or more, please call us during service hours or email info@maenam.ca we recommend reaching out at least 1 week in advance.

Dishes Requiring Advance Notice The Whole Crab and Lobster Claypot (from Chef Angus' Specialties) require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. After booking, please call (604) 730-5579 to confirm your order, subject to availability.

Credit Card & Cancellation Policy A credit card is required to hold your reservation. All cancellations or modifications must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged $25 per person for lunch reservations and $45 per person for dinner reservations.

Please note that we can only hold your table for up to 15 minutes after your reservation time. After 15 minutes, your table may be released. Whenever possible, please manage your reservation through Resy.
